BCM has opportunities throughout the semester for students to gather together outside of BCM:Worship and hang out. Annual fellowships include a fall hoedown complete with square dancing, boiled peanuts, and games and a spring formal. There will be some smaller fellowships throughout the year as well which will be announced at BCM:Worship nights. Check the calendar for fellowship opportunities.
Family groups are a new ministry of BCM designed to promote community and a family-like atmosphere for all students in BCM. If you want to find out who the family group leaders are, check out our page on leadership team. There will be some special BCM:Worship nights where family groups meet and fellowships planned outside of BCM for each family group.
There are a few opportunities for students to go on retreats throughout the year to get away from the busyness of campus and everyday life to further pursue their relationship with Christ and get to know other students. Two annual retreats are the Freshman and Transfer retreat and Confluence. The dates for Confluence this year are September 25-27. Email David Kirkland or Leslie Clifford for more information and to sign up.
